Golden Equity Investments has announced it has acquired Innovative Medical Device Solutions (IMDS).
IMDS was acquired from Arsenal Capital Partners.
IMDS, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, specializes in partnering with surgeons, hospital networks and medical device companies for the development of new orthopedic implant and instrument systems.
Golden Equity Investments, a PE firm headquartered in Golden, Colo., was founded in 2011 to acquire midmarket manufacturing companies.
Arsenal Capital Partners, a PE firm headquartered in New York, invests in middle-market companies with revenues ranging from $30 to $400 million.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
