Jordan Health Services has announced it has merged with Healthcare Innovations Private Services.

Jordan Health Services, based in Dallas, provides home health services to patients throughout Texas. It is a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, a New York-based PE firm focused on making investments in lower-middle market companies.

Healthcare Innovations Private Services, which has offices throughout Oklahoma, provides Medicaid home health services in the state.

Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
