Enhanced Healthcare Partners (EHP) has sold SCA Pharmaceuticals to The Vistria Group and Excellere Capital Management, according to a news release.
SCA Pharma, based in Little Rock, Ark., is FDA 503B outsourcing facility that provides sterile admixture services to hospital pharmacies throughout the United States.
EHP, with offices in New York and Salt Lake City, Utah, is a healthcare-focused private equity firm that makes minority and majority investments in founder- and entrepreneur-led lower middle market companies. Founded in 2005, the firm seeks to invest in companies between $50 million and $250 million in enterprise value.
The Vistria Group, based in Chicago, focuses on making investments in middle market companies in healthcare and a few other industries. Founded in 2013, the firm pursues control and minority equity investments and prefers to make more substantial investments from a dollars perspective in companies with at least $100 million in revenue.
Excellere Partners, based in Denver, seeks to invest in middle market companies in several industries, including healthcare. Founded in 2006, the firm pursues healthcare investments in the provider services, life sciences/pharmaceutical and non-reimbursement industries.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
