Olympus Partners has sold Soliant Health to The Vistria Group, according to a news release and industry reports.
Soliant, founded in 1991 and based in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, is a healthcare staffing company.
Olympus Partners, founded in 1988 and based in Stamford, Connecticut, is a middle market private equity firm that pursues investments in several industries, including healthcare services. The firm’s preferred investment size ranges from $75 million for growth capital to $500 million or more for buyouts.
The Vistria Group, based in Chicago, focuses on making investments in middle market companies in healthcare and a few other industries. Founded in 2013, the firm pursues control and minority equity investments and prefers to make more substantial investments from a dollars perspective in companies with at least $100 million in revenue.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed by the participants, although industry reports valued the sale at about $2.5 billion.
