Station Partners has invested in First Children Services (FCS), according to a news release.

FCS, founded in 2009 and based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is provider of center-, home- and school-based behavioral health and special education services to children and adolescents throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Station, founded in 2016 and based in Morristown, New Jersey, is a private equity firm focused on making control investments in U.S. businesses. The firm commits up to $10 million in equity in companies with annual revenue of up to $40 million.

Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
